“Forced to become left-handed”
Life’s unexpected accidents can often thrust us into a realm where it feels like the end of the line. Mahdieh Khaki, a 32-year-old accounting graduate and fitness athlete, found herself grappling with this reality when she was diagnosed with “right-hand disability” following a tragic driving accident in 2013.
Despite the challenges, she found solace and strength through her passion for athletics and fitness. She crossed paths with Mehrad, an athlete and fitness coach, leading to their marriage. Embracing her disability, she no longer viewed it as a weakness but rather as a symbol of her inner power.
