Parkour is a sport that has a philosophy of its own and is used to raise awareness of self, fight against self and cultivate body and soul. Parkour is a way of life beyond sports and art.
Many, after getting acquainted with this sport, apply its principles in their lives. Those who enjoy the principles of parkour in their lives are called “tracers”.
The first indication of Parkour’s professional presence in Iran was in Tehran in 2005, and with the growing popularity among young people of the need for more professional training, athletes traveled to European countries at a personal cost to gain experience in the field.
This sport has been widespread in urban spaces, especially in parks, for many years. Although it has been partially taken into account, it has not been properly managed and organized by sports institutions, and athletes are forced to practice with minimal facilities.
